To register your foursome, CLICK ON RSVP BUTTON and provide your name, email address and phone number . You can pay here with a credit card.

You will then receive an email Confirmation followed up with a jpeg version of the Event Flyer and Brochure attached. Reply to the Confirmation email with the names in your foursome and a break down of any other items you may wish to purchased below:

• Golf Package @ $150/Player (Green Fees for one + 14 Raffle Tickets +
1 (One) Reverse Raffle Ticket
• Sponsorship Foursome @ $700
• Added Banquet Dinner Tickets @ $20 Each
• Raffle Tickets @ 3 for $5 or 7 for $10
• 50/50 Reverse Raffle @ 1 for $10
• Helicopter Ball Drop Tickets
• Donation to the Greg Horton Annual Memorial Scholarship

If paying by check you can PRINT the Event Brochure as shown and include the names of your foursome along with any other purchases and submit payment by mail to:
